Key Responsibilities

• Government Liaison: Connect with Singapore authorities such as BCA, NEA, and MOM to facilitate licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Project Coordination: Handle daily communication with clients, main contractors, and supervising consultants to ensure smooth facade project execution.
• Business Hospitality: Oversee VIP visits, corporate dinners, and meetings for key clients and group executives, including taking minutes.
• Calendar Management: Manage the GM’s daily schedule, executive meetings, and global travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas).
• Business Tracking: Monitor project milestones, organize key business data, and handle bil teral translation (English & Chinese) for official documents.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an assistant or project coordinator. Background in the Singapore construction, facade, or engineering industry is preferred.
• Languages: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (Fluent in spoken & written) to communicate with English-speaking local clients and Chinese headquarters.
• Core Skills: Familiar with Singapore government procedures (BCA, etc.); strong communication and multitasking abilities under pressure; high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Benefits & Remuneration

• Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - SGD 10,500 / month (Commensurate with experience).
• AWS: 1-month guaranteed basic salary (13th-month salary).
• Bonus: Variable performance-based bonus based on project and individual KPIs.
• Leave & Medical: 14–18 days of annual leave, panel clinic outpatient coverage, and group hospitalization insurance.
• Allowances: Fixed monthly transport/mobile allowances or job-related reimbursement.
