Distribution Performance Manager -1 Year Contract

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for a Distribution Performance Manager to join their Distribution Performance Management team on a 12-month contract, supporting the Agency Tied Up channel.

The Role

You'll own end-to-end campaign and incentive tracking for the agency channel, making sure distributors get accurate, timely reporting they can rely on. This is a hands-on role for someone who's meticulous with data and comfortable managing multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a robust end-to-end tracker for campaigns and incentives, delivering reports to distributors on agreed timelines
• Build and maintain reporting for the agency channel, ensuring on-time delivery, high data accuracy, and clear documentation of assumptions and sources
• Manage distributor and internal stakeholder queries, investigating root causes and resolving issues within agreed turnaround times
• Streamline and standardise existing reporting and operational processes and templates
• Produce Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) six months after campaign completion, capturing performance outcomes and lessons learned
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders and distributors, prioritising effectively and communicating delivery timelines

What You'll Need

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, Power Query) and Qlik Sense experience
• VBA proficiency and insurance industry experience is an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, independent, and a strong problem solver
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal
