Role Title: Client Services Administrator
Reports to: Operations Manager
Region: Singapore – working APAC time zone
Location: On site
Salary: From $3,200 - $3,500 per month based upon experience
Terms: Permanent full time following successful probation

One World Rental provides short-term technology rental solutions for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, festivals and business projects across the world. From laptops and tablets to EPOS systems, networking equipment and technical support, we help our clients deliver successful events wherever they are.
Our Singapore office supports clients throughout the APAC region while working closely with colleagues across our global locations. It's a busy operational team where priorities can change quickly, particularly around live events, and everyone works together to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.
This role sits within our Client Services team and plays an important part in keeping projects moving from enquiry through to completion. You'll work with clients, sales teams, logistics and operations to ensure every order is accurate, on time and well communicated.

The Role
This role is all about keeping our client orders organised, accurate and moving forward. You'll support customers from the point they place an order through to delivery, helping prepare quotations, process bookings, answer queries and make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Logistics teams every day. Some days are heavily administration focused, while others involve responding to urgent client requests or last-minute event changes. Attention to detail is essential. Small mistakes can have a big impact when equipment is being delivered to live events, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying organised, following things through and taking pride in getting the details right.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping multiple tasks moving at once and being part of a supportive team where everyone helps each other during busy periods.
What you’ll be doing…..
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and credit notes.
- Process customer orders accurately across internal systems.
- Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Keep customers updated throughout the life of their order.
- Check order details with clients to ensure equipment, delivery locations and timings are correct.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to coordinate project requirements.
- Monitor customer orders and follow up on outstanding information where required.
- Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate team for support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Support the wider Client Services team during busy periods and large event projects.
- Help identify and resolve administration issues before they become customer problems.
- Learn about our products and services to confidently support customer enquiries.
