We offer a full-time job starting immediately for a longer period. You will work in a dynamic company with good opportunities for professional development. If necessary, we also provide internal training to expand your role — completely free of charge. We only ask for your commitment and motivation!

When deliveries are completed quickly, you ensure they are unloaded, sorted, and that the cleaning process can begin as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Washing crates
• Preparing them for reuse using mechanized processes
• Preparing crates for collection and reuse by customers

Working hours:

You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday (sometimes weekends):

• 07:00 – 14:00 / 15:00
• 14:00 – 23:00 / 00:00

Wat wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage: €14.71 (21+ years)
• 29% bonus after 18:00
• Saturday: 140%–150% depending on shift
• Sunday: 145%–160%
• Travel reimbursement up to 50 km/day (€0.23/km)
• Transport available from Rotterdam Zuid and Schiedam
• 25 paid vacation days per year
• 7 paid public holidays per year
• 8% holiday allowance
• Opportunity for a permanent contract with good performance
