Software Developer

The Role

• Develop modern cross-platform apps (web & mobile) and design scalable, future-proof architectures.
• Integrate AI functionalities into real-world applications and develop data-driven features and evaluations.
• Actively shape technology and architecture decisions with real creative freedom beyond mere ticket implementation.
• Establish AI-first approaches in development and help shape the technological direction of the product.
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and domain experts to develop user-centered, intelligent solutions.
• Help build a software platform that translates decades of medical know-how into the digital world – rethought from the ground up.

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience in web and mobile app development, ideally with cross-platform technologies like React Native or Flutter.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and experience with APIs, data models, and backend connections.
• Proficiency in AI-supported software development and modern, data-driven development methods.
• Independent, pragmatic work style with a high awareness of quality and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Advantageous: Experience in data analysis, security-by-design (including threat modeling, secure APIs), and in regulated environments.
