Team Leader/Manager, International Tax

Job Description

• Advise businesses on domestic and international tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investments
• Support M&A transactions through tax due diligence, and pre-/post-deal structuring
• Advise clients on market entry strategies including shareholding/financing structures, transaction models, and incentives, etc.
• Collaborate across service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutions
• Engage in client servicing and contribute to business development efforts
• Coach and mentor staff in the team
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience
• Solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; International tax experience is a bonus
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting
