Location: Raffles Place, Singapore

Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 x 12 months + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support end-to-end HR operations across multiple business entities, based at its Singapore headquarters.

This role is responsible for payroll administration, HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and OTE/OTI administration. You will also partner closely with the HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment administration and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage monthly payroll, allowances, leave administration, and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.
  • Administer OTE & OTI calculations, reporting, and payouts.
  • Support payroll activities for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Monitor and report HR metrics including headcount, attrition, payroll accuracy, and incentive tracking.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and coordinate with external partners on regional HR compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operational processes.

Recruitment & Stakeholder Management

  • Support recruitment administration, including offer preparation, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Liaise with Finance, Legal, Auditors, payroll vendors, and government agencies to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support HR projects, process improvements, and other operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Operations and Payroll , with Malaysia payroll experience being highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation; regional HR exposure is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
