**What will you be doing?**A Director of Regional Operations leads a team of Order Management, Procurement and Production Planning Associate that are accountable for the execution of strategic operational objectives. Reporting to a senior director within Global Order Operations, an individual in this role is responsible for executing strategies, policies and procedures that optimize value and create a world class order management organization. This person also takes overall accountability for operational excellence, customer delight and developing leaders within the global operation functions.

While this role carries strategic accountabilities, the individual is expected to be operationally embedded — working hands-on alongside the Purchasing and Order Management teams to drive daily execution, resolve complex issues and develop operational capability within the supply chain function.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the purchasing and order management team, providing hands-on guidance to supervisors and team members on workflows, complex issues, and escalations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on purchasing and order management processes, delivering training, coaching, and consistent standards across the team.
• Monitor team KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability, identifying performance gaps, and establishing goals aligned to corporate strategy — including stretch targets.
• Mentor and develop the leadership team on policies, procedures, and best practices, fostering a high-performance culture and professional growth.
