Senior Data Analyst | Digital & Web Analytics | Hoofddorp

For an internationally operating organization within the logistics sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and translating digital and web data into actionable insights, while playing a key role in connecting business, product, and technology.

You will join a highly data-driven environment where innovation and collaboration are central. The team is actively working on evolving the data landscape, with a strong focus on cloud solutions and AI integration. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely with product and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze web and digital data (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business and product teams
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making and optimization initiatives
• Support and execute experimentation and A/B testing
• Work within and contribute to the transition towards Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Explore and apply AI solutions within data analytics
• Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted data partner

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a digital or product-driven environment
• Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure, Databricks)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business value
• Experience with experimentation and optimization is a plus
• Affinity with AI and data innovation
