Product Owner

Are you passionate about building exceptional mobile experiences that delight customers and drive business outcomes? Xebia is looking for a Mobile App Product Owner to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of iOS and Android applications.

As a hybrid Product Owner / Business Analyst , you will bridge business needs, customer experience, and engineering execution by translating strategy into a prioritized backlog, defining clear requirements, and ensuring successful feature delivery through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Own and manage the mobile application backlog

✅ Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications

✅ Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders

✅ Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities

✅ Define and analyze customer journeys to improve user experience

✅ Drive UAT, release readiness, defect triage, and post-release improvements

✅ Define KPIs and leverage analytics to drive product decisions

✅ Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing business requirements

Required Experience

✔ 3–7+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid PO/BA role

✔ Strong experience with mobile applications (iOS & Android)

✔ Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies

✔ Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Analytics

✔ Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics for product decisions

Preferred Skills

➕ Mobile capabilities such as Push Notifications, Deep Linking, Biometrics, Offline Mode, and In-App Messaging

➕ Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Payments, Aviation, Telecom, or Government

➕ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, LaunchDarkly, AppDynamics, or New Relic
