[What the role is] DATA & INSIGHTS ANALYST, QUALITY SERVICE PLANNING
[What you will be working on] Join us in shaping the future of service quality through data, analytics and AI. In this role, you will design and develop analytics and AI solutions that transform operational data into automated insights, enabling better decisions, improved customer outcomes and more effective public services. You will be part of the Quality Service Planning (QSP) team, leveraging data, automation and AI to enhance decision-making, improve service quality outcomes, and transform how service performance is measured, monitored and continuously improved. As part of a team embracing data-driven innovation, you will play an active role in developing analytics and AI capabilities that improve productivity, strengthen service quality management, and support organisational transformation.
Your Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Design and develop intelligent analytics capabilities that transform operational data into automated insights, enabling proactive monitoring of service quality performance, early detection of emerging issues, and more data-driven decision-making;
- Apply advanced analytics, machine learning and AI techniques to uncover emerging trends, identify service gaps and support proactive interventions;
- Evaluate, pilot and implement AI-assisted and automation solutions to streamline analytical workflows, reduce manual effort and improve the quality, speed and accessibility of insights;
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI and Generative AI technologies, and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to translate promising ideas into operational capabilities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop measurement frameworks, strengthen service quality monitoring and support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders; and
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation by sharing knowledge, promoting data-driven practices and strengthening the team's analytics and AI capabilities.
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, AI or related fields. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude and interest in AI may also apply.
- Proficient in Python, R or similar tools for data analysis and modelling, with working knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques.
- Experienced in working with databases and data platforms, including AI-enabled database technologies.
- Familiar with data visualisation tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI tools and prompt engineering concepts.
- Passionate about leveraging data, automation and AI to solve business challenges and improve operational outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Effective communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear business insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Curious, adaptable and collaborative, with a genuine motivation to improve service outcomes and challenge conventional ways of working.
