About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. This role will play a key part in ensuring business processes are successfully migrated, validated, and optimized within the new S/4HANA environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, solution architects, system integrators, and technical delivery teams, you will be responsible for supporting business process testing, solution validation, defect management, and user acceptance activities across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscape.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys understanding business processes, challenging requirements, and working directly within SAP to validate end-to-end scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand Order-to-Cash business processes and requirements.
• Support the migration and validation of business processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Execute and coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and business process validation activities.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, and test evidence.
• Perform hands-on testing within SAP S/4HANA and supporting applications.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects with functional and technical teams.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Sales, Logistics, Transportation, and related downstream systems.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business users to ensure solution alignment.
• Support data validation and reconciliation activities during testing cycles.
• Assist with change management, training support, and business readiness activities where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience across: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), Logistics Execution, Transportation / Marine Logistics
• Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience performing SIT, UAT, and business process testing.
• Ability to execute transactions directly within SAP and validate business scenarios.
• Experience managing defects and working closely with technical and functional teams to drive resolution.
• Background within Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, Energy, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to be hands-on in system testing and issue investigation.

Good to have Skills

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Exposure to data migration and reconciliation activities.
• Experience working with global ERP transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAP Activate, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
