Senior Executive - Procurement Department

[What the role is] Join a team of procurement professionals and work closely with NYP stakeholders on the procurement of a wide range of goods and services.

[What you will be working on]

• Procure goods and services for all Schools, Corporate Departments and CET centres through quotations [eg. Small Value Purchase (SVP), Direct Contracting (DC), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Invitation-to-Quote (ITQ)]
• Uphold strong documentation and record-management standards to support transparent and compliant procurement processes.
• Adhere to established government procurement policies and procedures (Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement).
• Provide support for additional job-related tasks and projects as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

• Proven working experience with government procurement, and familiar with Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement, GeBIZ, and Workday is preferred
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills, meticulous and with an eye for details
• Good team player, self-driven and service-oriented
• Able to multitask and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight timeline
