Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and internal/external systems.
  • Build and support interfaces using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and release management.
  • Ensure HR data integrity, security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS development, implementation, or support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience supporting one or more SuccessFactors modules, including:
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Recruiting Management (RCM)
  • Onboarding
  • Performance & Goals (PMGM)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Compensation
  • Experience developing and supporting SuccessFactors integrations using:
  • SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
  • SAP BTP
  • OData APIs
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with HR, Payroll, and employee master data.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
