Overview We're looking for a detail-loving, can-do Talent Development Specialist to join the People & Culture team supporting Southeast Asia and Singapore. This role is the operational backbone of the team — you will own programme delivery, learning operations and the Singapore learning experience, making sure every programme runs smoothly, every learner feels supported, and every data point is captured to show our impact. You will work closely with the Talent Development Lead to bring learning and leadership initiatives to life across the region. If you thrive on making things work behind the scenes and want to grow your career in learning and leadership development within a creative industry, this is the role for you.

Who You Would Be You would be someone who is highly organised, proactive and takes real pride in flawless execution. You enjoy being the person everyone can rely on to make things happen — from coordinating a multi-market leadership programme to designing a beautiful Canva poster for Learning Day. You are collaborative and service-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating great learning experiences. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working across different stakeholders, and using digital tools and AI to work smarter. You are curious, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.

Responsibilities Objectives of this Role Ensure the smooth planning, coordination and delivery of all learning and talent development programmes for Southeast Asia (regional programmes) and Singapore (local programmes), including ownership of the local deployment of the Groupe Learning Management System, Marcel Classes. Support the Talent Development Lead in executing capability, leadership and learning initiatives that build workforce readiness across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end programme logistics for SEA leadership and capability programmes — scheduling, participant management, materials preparation, venue or virtual setup, and post-programme follow-up.
  • Own LMS (Marcel Classes) administration for the region and Singapore, including course setup, training records, enrolment tracking, compliance reporting (including CSR), and system hygiene.
  • Plan and execute Learn
