Job description
Our client is a leading listed real estate and investment group with a diversified portfolio across property development, asset ownership, hospitality and investment holdings.
The company is seeking an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretariat to support the full spectrum of corporate secretarial and governance matters for the group and its subsidiaries.
The role will involve assisting with Board and Board Committee meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and resolutions, maintaining statutory records, handling ACRA and SGX-related filings, supporting annual report and AGM matters, and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules, corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 to 7 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience , preferably gained within a listed company, real estate group, investment holding company, professional services firm or corporate secretarial service provider.
Strong knowledge of Singapore company law, SGX Listing Rules, corporate governance practices and statutory compliance requirements will be important. ICSA/Chartered Secretary qualification, or progress towards qualification, would be advantageous.
This is a strong opportunity for a corporate secretarial professional to join an established listed group with exposure to Board governance, listed company compliance, subsidiary management and corporate transactions.
