Client Onboarding Specialist (12-month contract)

Client Onboarding Specialist | KYC/AML, document review & stakeholder coordination | Up to SGD 5K

Your new role

• Prepare client onboarding documents based on Front Office requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review client documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC).
• Provide advisory support on documentation requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Support the delivery of a smooth and compliant client onboarding experience.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years of experience in KYC/CDD, client onboarding, or banking operations.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations (e.g. MAS 626).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and reading) to effectively review documentation and liaise with stakeholders and clients across the APAC region.
