Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance & Strategy team. Reporting into Finance leadership, you will act as a key financial advisor to business units across the organisation — translating data into insight and helping leaders make better decisions.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable in the numbers as they are in the room — a strategic thinker and effective communicator who can partner cross-functionally in a fast-moving, global environment.

What You'll Do

Business Partnering

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to business unit leads, providing analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
• Build strong working relationships across product, operations, and commercial teams to drive data-informed decision-making
• Support leadership with scenario modelling, investment cases, and ad hoc analysis

FP&A & Planning

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans for your business units
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear variance analysis and actionable commentary
• Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic planning and resource allocation

P&L Ownership

• Provide full visibility into revenue, costs, and margins across your remit
• Identify risks and opportunities early, and work with stakeholders to course-correct
• Drive accountability through clear KPI frameworks and performance tracking

Finance Operations & Improvement

• Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems, and controls
• Support finance transformation initiatives as the business scales

What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in finance, with a strong foundation in FP&A — direct FP&A experience is required
• Experience in business partnering or working closely with non-finance stakeholders
• Background in management consulting or Big 4 strongly preferred, with current or recent experience in crypto, finance, or fintech
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus

Skills & Attributes

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills — comfortable building models from scratch
• Clear communicator who can distil complex financial information for non-finance audiences
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially curious — you want to understand the business, not just the numbers
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or ERP systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and Chinese required; additional languages are a plus
