Client Service Associate

We are currently partnering with a global investment management firm to hire a Client Service Associate to join their Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior sales professionals in driving client engagement and business growth across the wealth channel
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing content
• Assist with RFPs, due diligence requests, and coordination with global teams
• Conduct market research and track competitor and industry developments
• Support client onboarding, reporting, and ongoing servicing while monitoring sales pipeline and business activity

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or client servicing within asset management, banking, or financial services
• Prior experience servicing HNW and UHNW clients within the wealth management industry.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Morningstar Direct, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
