Finance Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows.
• Review and optimize finance processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
• Develop business cases, gap analyses, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management activities.
• Ensure solutions align with finance policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance functions.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Month-End and Year-End Close Processes
• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing UAT activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
