Finance Supervisor

• Oversee the company's daily accounting and financial operations (AR/AP/GL).

• Review accounting vouchers, invoices, payment and expense reports.

• Responsible for the preliminary review of monthly and annual closing statements and financial statements.

• Assist the finance manager in preparing management reports and budget analysis.

*

• Supervise bank reconciliation and cash flow management.

*

• Coordinate external audits, tax filing, and compliance work.

*

• Manage and guide the daily work of the finance assistant/accounting team.

*

• Ensure financial records comply with Singapore financial and tax regulations (such as IRAS requirements).

*

• Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

*

• Participate in the company's cost control and financial analysis.

Pay: $4,600.00 - $12,000.00 per month
