You get it done Supporting the regional director and the management team with secretarial and administrative tasks. You provide structure, monitor appointments and actions, and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment:.you’re on it.

How you do this? In this role, you are the stable factor within the region. You maintain an overview when it is busy, identify what is needed, and ensure that tasks are carried out carefully and on time. You manage diaries, monitor appointments, prepare meetings, and liaise effortlessly with various locations to get things organized quickly. You achieve this by:

• managing the diary of the regional director and coordinating appointments, meetings, and quarterly gatherings;
• taking minutes during meetings, monitoring action points, and handling communication from the management and management team;
• organising business trips and meetings, and welcoming clients and visitors;
• carrying out administrative and organisational tasks, including supporting management, HR, and internal procurement processes.

You bring

• several years of experience in a similar supporting role;
• excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment;
• good command of both the Dutch and English languages, spoken and written;
• proficiency in working with various systems, such as MS Office, and the ability to quickly master new digital tools.
