We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead (Concept, Design & Digital) who thrives on turning ideas into impactful campaigns while leading a team of talented creatives.
Job Purpose
As Creative Lead, you will lead the creative development of integrated campaigns from concept through execution across branding, digital, social media, video and print. You will work closely with copywriters, account managers, strategists and developers to deliver outstanding creative solutions that solve business challenges.
Beyond design excellence, you will inspire creative thinking, embrace AI-enabled workflows and mentor the next generation of designers.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership
- Lead the conceptualisation, art direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and experiential platforms.
- Develop compelling campaign ideas that translate business objectives into memorable creative solutions.
- Ensure creative excellence across every touchpoint while maintaining brand consistency.
- Present and defend creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
Design & Branding
- Lead branding and identity development, including brand systems, visual identities and campaign key visuals.
- Create high-quality corporate brochures, annual reports, presentations, advertising materials and sales collateral.
- Produce visually engaging content across websites, social media and digital advertising.
Digital & Emerging Technologies
- Drive digital-first creative thinking across websites, landing pages, social media and interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, image generation, video production and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI technologies and digital marketing innovations.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and inspire designers while fostering a collaborative creative culture.
- Guide junior designers through constructive feedback and professional development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Work closely with Account Management and Strategy teams to deliver client objectives.
Business Growth
- Support new business pitches through strategic thinking and outstanding creative presentations.
- Contribute innovative ideas that differentiate MAG from competitors.
- Build long-term client confidence through exceptional creative standards.
RequirementsEssential
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a branding, creative, digital or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign development.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, editorial design and visual storytelling.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in property marketing, hospitality, finance, automotive or government projects.
- Experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience creating motion graphics and video content.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling or similar platforms.
