Asst Mgr / Mgr / Snr Mgr, Finance (Procurement) – 12 Months Contract

What The Role Is The incumbent will be part of the Finance team involved in the full spectrum of procurement function, including performing business process reengineering.

What You Will Be Working On

• Review and incorporate revision to WOG procurement updates to internal guidelines
• Evaluate procurement requests
• Identify and propose process improvements
• Support system enhancement
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual on Procurement preferred
• Some financial knowledge will be required
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Analytical, resourceful, proactive and results-oriented team player with strong customer focus
• Positive attitude towards continuous learning
