Job Requirement
- Maintain, monitor, and support the Oracle ERP system to ensure stable, secure, and reliable daily operations.
- Provide L1/L2 support for ERP-related issues: incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification, and timely resolution.
- Work closely with business users (e.g., finance, procurement, warehouse, production) to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for ERP enhancements or new functionalities.
- Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules (e.g., finance, purchasing, inventory, order management, manufacturing) according to business needs and best practices.
- Develop and maintain reports, forms, interfaces, and extensions within the Oracle ERP ecosystem (e.g., using Oracle tools, PL/SQL, and related technologies).
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Oracle ERP with surrounding systems (e.g., WMS, MES, internal web applications, third-party platforms).
- If capable, analyze Java-based applications and contribute to web application development that integrates with or extends ERP functionality.
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Participate in change management activities: impact assessment, testing, rollout planning, and post-implementation review.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure the ERP landscape remains up-to-date and compliant.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve user experience within the ERP system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite, Oracle EBS, or similar Oracle ERP products).
- Solid experience in at least one or more of the following functional/technical areas:
- Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA)
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Inventory / Warehouse / Materials Management
- Order Management / Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP configuration, data structures, and standard business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performing data analysis within Oracle databases.
- Experience in developing or maintaining Oracle reports, forms, interfaces, and customizations.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), change control, and testing practices (unit, integration, UAT).
