Management Trainee

Looking to accelerate your career in logistics and supply chain? We are hiring for a Management Trainee Programme with a leading global company in the transport and logistics industry, based in Singapore.

This 18-month accelerated development programme is designed for high-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience who are ready to take on bigger responsibilities and grow into future business leaders.

Through structured rotations, you will gain hands-on exposure to: • End-to-end logistics and supply chain operations

• Operational team leadership and people management

• Process improvement and business problem-solving

• Cross-functional and strategic business projects

Upon successful completion of the programme, you may progress into a people leadership or specialist career pathway.

We are looking for candidates who are: • Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Graduates in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Wngineering or related fields

• Strong in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder management

• Interested in building a long-term career in logistics and supply chain

• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents who are willing and able to relocate to Singapore
