About Pathwise Academy

Pathwise Academy is an AI education company delivering hands-on programs across Singapore, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. We run AI camps and workshops for students aged 10–17 (our "Young Builders"), adult upskilling workshops, and corporate and school training — including multi-day camps at leading international schools. We're also behind Built with Alan, a fast-growing content brand covering AI tools, coding and design.

This is a front-row seat to a real, growing AI education startup. You won't be fetching coffee — you'll be helping us fill camps, win school partnerships, and grow an audience.

What you'll do

Sales & partnerships (B2B)

• Research and build outreach lists of international schools, enrichment centres and corporate training buyers in Singapore and Hong Kong
• Personalise and send outreach emails to principals, ECA coordinators and HR/L&D leads; track responses and follow-ups in our pipeline
• Prepare proposals, one-pagers and program decks for school and corporate clients
• Support pre- and post-camp client communications

Marketing & content

• Support the Built with Alan content engine: research trending AI tools and news, draft short-form video hooks and captions, and help schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain ManyChat keyword automation flows (comment → DM → link delivery) that power our content funnel
• Track content and funnel metrics (views, comments, DM conversions, sign-ups) and report what's working
• Help market camps and workshops to parents: landing pages, email campaigns, promo assets

Events & programs

• Assist at workshops, camps and community events (setup, registration, photos/videos, student support)
• Capture content on the ground for social media

Who we're looking for

• Currently enrolled at (or a recent graduate of) a Singapore polytechnic or university — marketing, business, communications or related fields preferred, but attitude matters more than major
• Strong written English; you can write a clean, persuasive email and a punchy caption
• Comfortable with (or excited to learn) AI tools — we use them daily, and you will too
• Organised and reliable: you follow up, hit deadlines and keep trackers updated
• Bonus points for: experience growing a social account, ManyChat/Notion/Canva/CapCut skills, video editing, prior sales or customer-facing experience, or having built anything with AI

• Duration: [3–6] months, with potential to convert to a paid part-time or full-time role

Eligibility note

Applicants must be legally able to work in Singapore. Singapore Citizens and PRs are eligible without restriction. Full-time students at MOM-approved institutions (local universities, polytechnics, ITE) on a Student's Pass may also apply — term-time work is capped at 16 hours/week per MOM rules.
