We are looking for a small number of high-performing Corporate Solutions Consultants to join our team. This is a role for people who want to operate at the intersection of strategic advisory and partnerships - advising decision-makers on workforce transformation.

We hire based on experience and merits. We are looking for consultants who bring ‘big-picture’ thinking, intellectual curiosity, commercial instinct, and the drive to build something meaningful. If that describes you, we want to talk.

What you will do

Advisory and solution design

  • Engage senior stakeholders - C-Suites, L&D heads, and business unit directors - to diagnose their workforce capability gaps and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct structured training needs analyses and translate business challenges into learning outcomes.
  • Design and present bespoke learning proposals that align with client strategy.

Relationship and account development

  • Build lasting partnerships that extend beyond a one transaction, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on workforce capability and AI adoption.
  • Surface expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate cross-functionally with programme delivery teams to ensure client success.

Pipeline and revenue ownership

  • Own a defined portfolio of accounts and prospects from first conversation through to signed agreement.
  • Manage your pipeline proactively across calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and CRM - ensuring every lead is nurtured with precision and follow-through.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, with full accountability for your numbers.

What we look for

We do not require a specific background. We hire for pattern recognition, commercial drive, and communication quality. The following profiles may succeed in this role:

  • Professionals with experience in B2B solution sales, business development, or account management - particularly in technology, education, HR, or professional services.
  • Individuals who have managed a full sales cycle and can articulate the value of an intangible solution to a sceptical buyer.
  • Strong communicators who can hold a room with senior decision-makers and write well under pressure.
  • Self-starters who take ownership of their outcomes and do not need to be managed towards their targets.
  • Proactive players who know how strategic partnerships work, and using small catalytic projects to unlock bigger revenue pipelines.
