The role:
As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
- Drive profitable growth and long-term strategic partnerships with key global OEM customers by managing existing business, expanding customer relationships, and positioning CAS as a leading provider of emission control solutions across large engine, energy, and marine applications.
- Develop and execute account strategies, power maps, and growth plans for assigned customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all customer interfaces (procurement, engineering, R&D, management)
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across catalyst technologies (SCR, DOC, DPF, next-generation solutions)
- Lead commercial activities for projects from RFQ to series production, including pricing and contract negotiations
- Negotiate and conclude long-term supply agreements and strategic partnerships
- Act as the primary interface between customer and internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Product Management)
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role**:**
- A significant number of years’ (5+), catalysis commercial experience with strong knowledge of the markets
- University degree in engineering or business administration.
- Strong record of building relationships based on trust and collaboration with external customers as well as internal colleagues.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with multi-cultural team, as well as customers
- Market analysis skills to establish market intelligence, understanding key players and key drivers
