Position: Surveyor

About the Role

CEPCO (Civil & Electrical Projects Contracting Company) is seeking a Surveyor to support the delivery of civil, electrical, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will conduct land and construction surveys, establish control points, and ensure the accurate positioning and alignment of project works.

What You'll Do

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.

Establish control points, benchmarks, and project reference coordinates.

Set out alignments and levels for roads, substations, transmission lines, underground utilities, and other structures.

Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and digital levels.

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Monitor construction progress and verify work against approved plans.

Prepare survey reports, calculations, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with project teams to resolve survey-related issues.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

3–5 years of surveying experience in construction, power transmission, or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS equipment, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software.

Strong understanding of surveying methods, engineering drawings, and coordinate systems.

Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Experience on large infrastructure or power projects.

Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and QA/QC procedures.

Professional surveyor certification or registration is an advantage.
