About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our project team. In this role, you will support the planning, supervision, and coordination of civil construction works on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved engineering specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and material submittals before construction activities begin.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to support efficient project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with construction planning, work sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements throughout the project.
• Resolve technical issues during construction and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Review quantities, support cost control activities, and verify completed work for progress payments.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment utilisation, and workforce requirements to minimise project delays.
• Participate in testing, inspections, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection records, technical reports, and as-built drawings.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional engineering registration is an advantage.
• Previous experience in infrastructure, transportation, airport, road, bridge, or other large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural construction environment and travel to project sites when required.
