Civil Maintenance Engineer – Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are hiring a Civil Maintenance Engineer with experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), Thermal Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals, or Heavy Industrial Plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair of civil and structural assets, including GT, ST, HRSG foundations, cooling towers, ACC structures, pipe racks, tanks, drainage systems, and auxiliary buildings.
• Perform structural condition assessments and identify defects such as cracks, corrosion, settlement, and thermal damage.
• Execute and supervise concrete repair works, grouting, steel structure maintenance, protective coatings, and infrastructure repairs.
• Support planned outages, shutdowns, and major overhauls in coordination with operations and maintenance teams.
• Manage contractors, monitor quality standards, and ensure safe execution of works.
• Maintain inspection records, technical reports, repair history, and CMMS documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–10 years of experience in CCPP, thermal power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of structural inspection, NDT techniques, concrete and steel repairs, industrial infrastructure maintenance, and plant civil maintenance.
• Experience with GT, ST, HRSG, cooling towers, ACC, and balance of plant (BOP) structures.
• Working knowledge of SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle EAM, AutoCAD, and STAAD.Pro is preferred.
• Experience in plant shutdowns, outages, vibration-sensitive structures, and high-temperature environments will be an advantage.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
