The TEKK Group is a global event technology company with offices across the UK, USA, Brazil, Spain and Singapore. We provide iPads, tablets, touchscreens, self-service kiosks, badge printers, registration technology, lead capture systems and event Wi-Fi solutions for conferences, exhibitions and corporate events worldwide.

As we launch our new Singapore office, we're looking for an ambitious individual who enjoys both sales and hands-on technology. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the founding members of our Singapore operation and grow with the business.

What You'll DoSales

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Build relationships with event agencies, exhibition organisers and corporate clients.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using our CRM.
  • Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into bookings.
  • Attend networking events and industry exhibitions.
  • Help grow The TEKK Group's presence across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Technical & Operations

  • Prepare iPads, laptops and event technology for client projects.
  • Configure Apple and Android devices using our management systems.
  • Test and quality-check equipment before dispatch.
  • Deliver, install and collect equipment at client venues.
  • Provide on-site technical support during events.
  • Maintain warehouse stock and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

What We're Looking For Essential

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Good IT knowledge with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Full Singapore driving licence (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Ability to lift and transport event equipment.
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude.

Desirable

  • Experience in sales, account management or business development.
  • Experience with Apple devices, Windows laptops or networking equipment.
  • Event industry experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Additional Asian languages are an advantage.
