Logistics Transport Manager

Core Responsibilities: Responsible for daily transportation operations, including fleet scheduling, route planning, vehicle dispatching, and order assignment.

Lead, motivate, and manage the driver team and transportation coordinators, ensuring team discipline and high productivity.

Supervise and ensure all transportation operations comply with official regulations such as those of the Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA), vehicle maintenance schedules, and safety standards.

Optimize transportation costs, control fuel consumption, and improve vehicle turnover and utilization. Handle customer complaints and emergencies regarding delivery delays, damaged goods, or quantity discrepancies.

Apply and promote a Transportation Management System (TMS), utilizing digital tools to improve logistics efficiency.

Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations or transportation management at the managerial level in Singapore.

A valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or 4 license preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

Able to work under pressure and effectively manage and communicate with blue-collar/driver teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel), familiarity with TMS software is preferred.
