About the company: Our Client is an established IT consultancy firm with a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable technology solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions to meet their needs.
  • Act as a functional expert, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system adoption and usage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve implementation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on functional consulting.
  • Proven expertise in at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various domains, such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
