POS, CRM, logistics, and AI agents in one system. Our customers include multi-store operators across Singapore and SEA, and we have strong product-market fit with a growing customer base.

We're a small, engineering-led team where AI does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. That means this role is different: you won't be one of twenty salespeople. You'll be the face of EasyBiz in Singapore.

Job Description The Role

You'll own customer relationships end to end: find and win new SME customers, onboard them personally, and stay their trusted contact as they grow. No handoffs, no "that's another department." Your customers are yours.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect service businesses across Singapore via walk-ins, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Run discovery conversations and live demos with SME owners
  • Close deals and guide customers through onboarding, on-site where needed
  • Stay close to your accounts: check-ins, questions, renewals, upsells
  • Use AI tools daily to handle research, proposals, follow-ups, and admin, so your time goes to people
  • Feed what you hear on the ground back into the product

What We're Looking For

  • Customer-facing experience of any kind: sales, retail, F&B, account servicing, insurance
  • Can explain things simply to SME owners (the "uncle and auntie" test)
  • Comfortable in the field 2 to 3 days a week
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • Already uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily work and wants to push that further
  • Owner mentality: your customers' problems are your problems

Compensation

  • Base: SGD 3,500 month
  • New deals: 15% of recurring revenue, paid monthly for the first 12 months
  • Your book: from month 13, 5% of recurring revenue on every account you manage, for as long as they stay with us. Manage S$40K in monthly subscriptions and that's S$2,000/month on top of everything else, growing every year.
  • No cap. Close 1 deal a month and Year 2 lands around S$65–70K. Close 2 a month and you're at S$85–90K. Our best-case plan has you above S$110K. We'll show you the exact math in the interview.
