Basic Requirements

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Languages:

  • English – Read, write, and speak proficiently (required).
  • German – Speak (advantageous).

Driver’s License:

  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Travel:

Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in enterprise sales, industrial software sales, manufacturing technology sales, automation sales, SaaS sales, or related B2B consultative sales environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Experience selling to manufacturing organizations, industrial companies, automotive suppliers, aerospace manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, or related industries preferred
  • Experience engaging with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Quality Leaders,
  • Maintenance Managers, and Executive Leadership
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations, production environments, quality systems, maintenance programs, industrial automation, or Industry 4.0 technologies is advantageous
  • Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking

Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Job Objectives:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Jendamark Automation and ODIN Digital Solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with manufacturing leaders and position Jendamark solutions as strategic tools for improving quality, productivity, traceability, workforce effectiveness, maintenance performance, and operational execution
  • Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales lifecycle from qualification through contract execution
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Leadership teams to maximize customer success and revenue growth

Support expansion of Jendamark’s presence within target manufacturing markets and strategic accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned sales territories and accounts to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution
  • Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand operational challenges, business objectives, strategic initiatives, and investment priorities
  • Engage manufacturing, quality, maintenance, operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to develop technical solutions, demonstrations, pilot programs, and implementation strategies
  • Present Jendamark Automation and ODIN Digital Solutions value propositions to prospective customers
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, commercial recommendations, and business cases
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract reviews, and purchase order activities
  • Quantify customer value through productivity improvements, quality improvements, traceability enhancements, maintenance optimization, workforce effectiveness, and operational performance gains
  • Manage long sales cycles involving technical, operational, financial, and executive decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, customer information, activity updates, and forecasting data within CRM systems
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to leadership
  • Support trade shows, industry events, customer visits, networking activities, and business development initiatives
