By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Join Us as a Clinical Quality & Outcomes Specialist The Clinical Quality & Outcomes Specialist will be responsible for reviewing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, auditing session note documentation for all clinical providers and conducting standardized outcome measure assessments across all regions in which we operate

What You'll Do Clinical Quality Audits:

  • Review treatment plans for clinical accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with organizational standards
  • Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to BCBAs to support continuous improvement and clinical growth
  • Develop and monitor learning trees, ensuring goals are appropriately sequenced, clinically relevant, and overseen according to best practice guideline

Clinical Compliance Audits

  • Regularly audit session notes for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with treatment goals and billing requirements
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and clinical standards, including BACB guidelines and insurance payer policies

Assessment Administration:??

  • Administer and interpret standardized outcome assessments, including the CARS, CFQL, and Vineland, with results integrated into quality reporting
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation of assessment outcomes and quality reviews

Mentorship And Collaboration

  • Support clinicians in developing individualized, measurable, and outcome driven treatment goals aligned with assessment data and client priorities
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify trends, training opportunities, and system-wide quality improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical, RCM, and compliance departments

What You'll Need

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience in a supervisory or quality focused role
  • LBA in assigned state/s for quality oversight or willingness to become licensed. If not licensed in assigned state/s must initiate/submit portion of the licensure process within 60 days of start.
  • Familiarity with CentralReach, including learning trees, sessions, notes & form templates and task management
  • Experience administering and interpreting standardized assessments (CARS, CFQL, Vineland)
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
