JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ADNOC and EPC-related projects across our service portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on project management experience within ADNOC Group Companies, EPC contractors, offshore and onshore operations, and major industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, resource planning, client coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and HSE standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and manage the full lifecycle of ADNOC and EPC projects from mobilization to close-out.
• Develop project execution plans, resource allocation plans, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and take corrective action where needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials mobilization for site works.
• Oversee shutdown and turnaround project execution as required.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ADNOC representatives, and EPC contractors during project execution.
• Attend progress meetings, technical discussions, and site coordination meetings.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout project delivery.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.

Commercial & Contract Management

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations to protect profitability.
• Support preparation of variation orders, claims, and progress billing.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with estimation and BD teams on project handover and scope clarifications.

HSE & Quality Compliance

• Ensure all project activities comply with ADNOC HSE requirements and company QHSE policies.
• Oversee implementation of safety plans, permits to work, and site risk assessments.
• Ensure quality standards are met across all project deliverables and documentation.

Team & Resource Management

• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and project support staff.
• Coordinate manpower supply and technical resources across active projects.
• Provide guidance, performance monitoring, and reporting for project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE Oil & Gas project management experience.
• Proven ADNOC project delivery experience.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC procedur
