Electrical Foreman – High-Rise MEP Projects

Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation works on our high-rise building projects across Dubai. In this role, you will own the electrical works on the ground — managing crews, maintaining quality, upholding safety, and ensuring all electrical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct site electricians and laborers in the installation of LV systems, cable trays, conduits, distribution boards, lighting, power, and earthing systems on high-rise projects
• Interpret and execute works in accordance with approved electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, other trade foremen, and the main contractor to ensure smooth workflow and clash-free execution
• Ensure full compliance with DEWA regulations, Dubai Municipality standards, and project-specific electrical codes
• Conduct quality checks at all critical milestones — from containment installation through final testing and commissioning
• Strictly enforce HSE standards, electrical safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems across all site activities
• Maintain accurate daily records of workforce deployment, materials used, and progress achieved
• Report site issues, material shortages, and technical conflicts to the Site Engineer in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP electrical works on high-rise building projects
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in electrical installation, LV systems, testing, and commissioning procedures
• Regulatory Awareness: Solid knowledge of DEWA standards, UAE electrical regulations, and site safety procedures
• Languages: Good command of spoken English and Urdu; basic written English preferred
• Driving: Valid UAE Driving License required
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given strong preference
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise site crews, manage workload, and deliver results under pressure
