Job description

The candidate should have previous experience working in the GCC, preferably in the Eastern

Province of Saudi Arabia, and be familiar with industrial clients' work processes and project

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, Shutdowns, and Turnarounds.

• Previous working experience in the GCC is mandatory.

• Experience in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in Maintenance Planning and Shutdown Planning.

• Good understanding of Mechanical Inspection activities.

• Experience in preparing Maintenance and Shutdown Work Packages.

• Experience in Project Scheduling and Progress Monitoring.

• Good knowledge of Cost Control principles.

• Experience with Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Material Tracking,

and Procurement Coordination.• Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP and/or SAP.

• Good communication and reporting skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance, inspection, and shutdown work packages.

• Develop and maintain project schedules.

• Monitor project progress and update planning status.

• Coordinate with engineering, inspection, procurement, warehouse, and site teams.

• Support cost control and project reporting.

• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and planning updates.

• Coordinate PRs, POs, material availability, and procurement activities.

• Support invoice verification and project documentation.

• Participate in shutdown planning meetings and client coordination meetings.

• Ensure all planning activities comply with client requirements and company procedures.
