About the Role

Almabani General Contractors is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities on major infrastructure and building projects across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to maintain quality and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and engineering teams.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
• Promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements across the site.
• Monitor material deliveries, equipment, and resource utilisation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and successful project delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering drawings, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
