Finance Executive

Who We Are Looking For?

As a Finance Executive, he/she will be responsible for assisting in the coaching of a team of Accounts Assistants in sales reporting, accounts receivable, and to ensure the accuracy of sales reporting which will facilitate financial analysis for business decisions.

What Awaits You:

• Ensure timely month-end closing relating to sales, accounts receivable and review of all month end journals and reports.
• Prompt preparation and review of Balance Sheet schedule and Bank Reconciliation.
• Monitor the Cashflow of the company and liaise with the bank.
• GST Quarterly Reporting.
• Prompt GST Reconciliation (Sales) for reporting to IRAS.
• Preparation of schedules for Audit purpose.
• Engage in system testing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

• Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy or candidate pursuing ACCA
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Meticulous and strong with numbers
• Strong Analytical skills and able to work independently.
• Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Possess leadership qualities to supervise a team.
• Proficient in MS office
• Financial accounting skills
• Coaching and planning skills
• Ability to multitask
• Digitally Inclined
