Job Description To provide support for short course learners refund processing, External Organisation billing, GIRO deduction, Scholarship/Skillsfuture/student loan Signing processing, Student Enquiry (phone call/walk-in, online tickets)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assisting Office of Financial Aid/Faculties Undergraduate/CPE scholarship processing received service line ticket to (i) From OAM/GRO to update EduRec FA Bolton page (ii) From OAM/GRO to run FA calculation for students who receive past term FA awards in current term and to monitor OFA interface log for uninterfaced OFA FA records
• Processes billing to external organisations for student fee sponsorship (Undergraduate/CPE students) and monitor/update of Lee Foundation/Ngee Ann Kongsi payment.
• Answer student phone calls in SalesForce or serving walk-in students/parents regarding EduRec student bill enquiries.
• Upload GIRO deduction files in Citidirect for student fee collection.
• Update Skillsfuture claims in EduRec/OAP/L3AP and process SFC return to SSG via eRFP.
• Process OAP Refund to learners (AP-paynow/Credit Card).
• Assist in loan signing activity-SAL (dropbox/chase students for documents).
• Assist in running FA cal and update FA bolt on for SAL/OSEP Loans.
• Monthly GL reconciliation for External Organisation and Scholarship.
• Any new assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized diploma in accounts or GCE ‘A’ Level
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in student finance related area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications-Excel /Power BI and working knowledge of SAP Financials
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, ability to work with staff at all levels and highly independent

The position is only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
