YOUR IMPACT

You will proactively manage the Partners’ calendars and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize emails to help organize and leverage time effectively.

You will be part of a dynamic and energetic Assistants Team based in the Zurich office. You will also drive ad hoc tasks of various sizes and complexity.

You will support 2 Senior Partners/Partners, providing dedicated support, proactively organizing and managing their complex workday, and creating close meaningful external relations. You will be in daily contact with national and international colleagues and clients, as well as planning internal and external events.

You will build effective and collaborative relationships with the ecosystem of your supported colleagues (e.g., leadership, relevant internal/external groups) and leverage these to deliver on your daily tasks. You will serve as a liaison/representative to your supported colleagues’ clients, client assistants, internal colleagues, other assistants, and departments. You will actively participate in local and firm-wide initiatives as well as in team meetings and training sessions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

2+ years of previous administrative experience

Proactive self-starter with a positive mindset and can-do attitude

Outstanding organizational skills; detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive mindset

Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven international environment

Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning

Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment

Full office attendance in the first 6 – 12 months

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different pers
