Your project:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a n Executive Assistant to join a major project with one of our clients in th e chemical sector , based in Basel.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Legal leadership and teams
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
• Coordinate contract execution, signatures, and document filing
• Support training, communications, onboarding, and team engagement
• Maintain legal records, SharePoint sites, and administrative processes
• Contribute to Legal Operations process improvements

Your profile:

• Several years’ experience in an administrative role; legal department or law firm experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English and German

Only candidates of Swiss or EU/EFTA nationality, or those holding a valid Swiss residence and work permit, will be considered.
