Business Function Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

• Lead the Testing Center of Excellence (COE) for Group Operations, driving regression and LV testing automation
• Pilot and implement UAT automation initiatives
• Manage the complete, end-to-end tracking of the AI-Powered SDLC framework for all applications in Group Operations: GOCC, CBWMO, IBGO, and GFMO
• Maintain a consolidated view of Group Operations status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Produce executive-ready dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software testing and automation
• Proven track record in leading and managing a team of testing professionals
• Expertise in designing and implementing testing strategies, including regression, LV, and UAT automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
