Company Description Telfaz is a Saudi creative and production company that has been operating in Saudi Arabia since 1992. The company specializes in advertising across multiple formats, including visually driven commercials, integrated creative campaigns, and key visuals. Telfaz also provides social media management, film and documentary production, professional photography, and post-production services. Team members collaborate on diverse projects for a wide range of clients, offering opportunities to shape impactful visual and narrative content in the region.
Role Description The Creative Director role at Telfaz is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The Creative Director oversees the development of creative concepts and campaigns, guiding teams in delivering high-quality visuals and narratives across commercials, social content, films, and other brand assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading ideation sessions, setting creative direction, reviewing and refining concepts, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role collaborates closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, producers, and account teams to manage projects from brief to final delivery. The Creative Director is also responsible for mentoring team members, maintaining creative standards, and participating in client presentations and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns across digital, film, and print.
- Proficiency in Branding, with experience shaping brand identities and ensuring consistency across all visual and communication touchpoints.
- Strong skills in Art Direction, including the ability to guide visual style, composition, and storytelling for commercials, films, and social content.
- Hands-on familiarity with Graphic Design principles and tools to effectively collaborate with design teams and review visual assets.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Background in advertising, media, or film production; prior experience in the Middle East market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Film, or equivalent professional experience.
