We work with businesses that want more than “just posts” or “just ads”. Our role is to help clients clarify their marketing direction, strengthen their brand presence, generate better leads, improve campaign performance, and build more effective digital marketing systems.

Our services include social media management, content marketing, creative production, performance marketing, paid search, paid social, website design and development, branding, copywriting, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing training.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us open new doors, build strong B2B relationships, and bring in quality clients who value strategic and measurable digital marketing support.

About the Role

This is a client acquisition and revenue growth role.

We are looking for a confident B2B hunter who enjoys prospecting, meeting business owners and marketing decision-makers, uncovering client needs, and presenting practical digital marketing solutions.

You should not be someone who only waits for inbound leads. You should be comfortable identifying prospects, initiating conversations, following up consistently, building trust, and moving opportunities from first contact to proposal and closing.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, agency sales, media sales, SaaS sales, marketing consultancy, or professional services business development.

You do not need to be a digital marketing specialist, but you must be able to understand and discuss marketing challenges confidently with clients. You should be able to ask good questions, identify business pain points, and work with our internal team to recommend suitable solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B client opportunities in Singapore
  • Build your own sales pipeline through outreach, referrals, networking, events, partnerships, and follow-ups
  • Engage business owners, SME leaders, marketing managers, corporate decision-makers, and brand teams
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ business goals, marketing challenges, budget, and decision-making process
  • Promote MSD’s digital marketing, creative, content, performance marketing, website, CRM, and marketing automation solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and commercial scopes
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover
  • Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross profit targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to support repeat business and long-term account growth

Consultative Selling & Solution Development

  • Understand each client’s business situation before recommending a solution
  • Help clients see how digital marketing can support brand growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and business performance
  • Work with internal teams to shape solutions that are relevant, realistic, and commercially viable
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to clients
  • Translate client needs into practical digital marketing scopes and proposals
  • Provide market feedback and client insights to help MSD improve its offerings

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the Accounts, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Ensure proper handover after a deal is closed
