Project Engineer

Project Engineer (Mechanical) | PIF Manufacturing Opportunity | Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring a Project Engineer (Mechanical) on behalf of a leading PIF-backed manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate mechanical project activities from planning through execution and commissioning.
• Manage installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support mechanical and basic electrical activities during project execution (primarily mechanical).
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven 3-4 years' experience working with heavy equipment or industrial machinery , preferably involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems .
• Good understanding of mechanical systems with the ability to coordinate basic electrical aspects during projects.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and a quick learner with a proactive attitude.
